The Story Behind the Stitch

O.A.G. began with a simple gift — a hoodie I designed for my brother’s birthday. I’ve always loved creating custom pieces for people, adding details that speak to who they are. What started as a personal gesture soon grew into something bigger than I imagined — a vision with purpose.

But before Authentic became part of O.A.G., I had to understand what authentic really means.

Jesus is Authentic. He is the definition of it.
He is truth without compromise, love without pretense, and a life that never needed to pretend to be something it wasn’t. For me, authenticity isn’t simply about being yourself. It’s about being truthful, walking in what God has called you to be, and refusing to live behind a version of yourself created for approval.

As a college student, my journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been real. I’m learning to embrace authenticity — being honest with myself, walking the narrow way, and staying true to the story God is writing through me. I wanted to create something that invites everyone in — believers and non-believers alike — because grace isn’t exclusive.

That’s where O.A.G. comes in.

The hoodie is more than something you wear. It’s a statement, a reminder, and a reflection of what you believe.Each design carries a message meant to meet you wherever you are — whether you’re growing, searching, questioning, or standing firm.

The truth is, I didn’t build this business on my own. God did. He’s the CEO behind every idea, every sketch, and every sale. He took what He planted in me — the love for art, story, fashion, and expression — and gave me the strength to bring it to life.
