Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

At O.A.G. (Original Animated Gospel), every hoodie is designed and created with care and attention to detail. Although some hoodies are premade and ready to ship, they are still custom designs created specifically for our collection.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Personal preference
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please carefully review the sizing chart, product details, and photos before placing your order. We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, so please make sure you select the size that is right for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care to ensure that your order is made correctly, mistakes can happen. If your hoodie arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error caused by O.A.G., please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, clear photos of the hoodie, and photos of the packaging if applicable.

We strongly recommend taking photos or recording your package as you open it, especially if the package appears damaged. This helps document the condition of the item when it arrived.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. If we determine that the issue was caused by O.A.G. or the item arrived defective or damaged, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damage After Delivery

Once your package has been delivered, O.A.G. cannot be responsible for damage caused by:

  • Wearing the hoodie
  • Washing or drying
  • Alterations or modifications
  • Improper care
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any damage caused after delivery

For this reason, please inspect your hoodie as soon as you receive it and contact us within the 3-day period if there is an issue.

Exchanges

O.A.G. does not offer exchanges at this time.

Because our hoodies are custom-designed products, keeping our return process simple allows us to properly manage each order and continue creating our products with intention.
