📦 O.A.G. Shipping Policy

At O.A.G. (Original Animated Gospel), each hoodie is prepared specifically for your order. Because our hoodiess are custom-made, please review the information below before placing your order.

🧵 Production & Processing

Each hoodie requires time to be prepared and produced before it can be shipped.

Estimated production time: 1–3 days.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or circumstances outside of O.A.G.'s reasonable control.

🚚 Shipping Time

After production is completed, your order will be shipped through a third-party shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping time: 9–14 days after production.

Based on these estimates, the total estimated fulfillment time is approximately 10–17 days from the time your order is placed.

Orders may arrive sooner than these estimates. However, these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances outside of O.A.G.'s reasonable control.

📦 Tracking

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, a tracking number may be provided to you by email or through the order information associated with your purchase.

Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to update after shipment.

⏳ Shipping Delays

O.A.G. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts
• Address changes requested after an order has been placed
• Delays occurring after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier
• Other events beyond O.A.G.'s reasonable control

A shipping estimate does not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a particular date.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or otherwise affected because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, O.A.G. may not be responsible for the resulting costs or delays.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact O.A.G. as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for the transportation and delivery of the package.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your package is delayed or appears to be lost while in transit, please first contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided with your order.

O.A.G. may assist with information available to us when reasonably possible, but we cannot control the carrier's handling, routing, delivery decisions, or investigation process.

For packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, O.A.G. is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

🌎 International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the applicable authorities and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

O.A.G. does not control customs processing times or decisions made by customs authorities.

🧥 Custom Products

Because O.A.G. hoodies are custom-made, production begins specifically for your order.

Please review your order carefully, including your size, color, design, shipping address, and other selected information, before completing your purchase.

Your order is subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, which explains the limited circumstances in which O.A.G. may address a defective, damaged, or incorrect order.

⚠️ Important Delivery Notice

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the 10–17 day fulfillment estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

The estimated fulfillment timeframe consists of approximately:

1–3 days for production + 9–14 days for shipping.

Orders may arrive sooner, but actual delivery times can vary and may extend beyond these estimates because of circumstances outside O.A.G.'s reasonable control.

O.A.G. cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly provided to you in writing.
